Treating the tastebuds with gastronomical delicacies, JLU School of Hospitality and Tourism organized an authentic Chinese Food Festival titled, ‘Chilliya’ on 1st March 2019. Chinese being the theme, as many as 20 delicacies were served to the guests at live counters. The dishes included everything starting from Wuhan Chilli Oil Braised Crayfish to Wuhan Midnight Market in Central China, Xiaomian noodles, traditional Cantonese Char Sui and signature Shanxi cuisine.
This unique food festival provided a plethora of traditional Chinese dishes like Chicken Gyoza, Water Chestnut Dumpling, Roasted Pecking Duck Wrap (Live Counter), Spring Rolls, Tianjin and countless others which were prepared under profound hygienic conditions and was served in Signature Chinese style by our skilled Jagranites dressed in Ethnic Chinese attire.
Having served more than 200 guests, including Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anoop Swarup, JLU, Dr. Vivek Khare, Dean, JLU, Dr. Nilesh Khare, Dean, JLBS, students, their parents, grandparents and many renowned personalities of the city of the lakes-Bhopal, it turned out to be a tremendous breakthrough.
