 Jagran Lakecity University and DALHAM Knowledge Foundation came together and signed the Memorandum of Understanding for establishing up JLU-DALHAM Human Factor Research Lab, first of its kind initiative in India and a paradigm shift in human factor assessment, for conducting and evaluating human factor assessment and developing new tools and assessments.

This is the first such lab in Central India which will address and assess the mental well-being of the students through assessment of human factors. JLU-DALHAM association will bring world class knowledge and industry-academia connect through collaborative research, live projects, internships,  training & placements for students .The lab to be set up under JLU School of Humanities &Social Sciences which will have leading clinical & social psychologists, academicians and professionals both from across the world and JLU as mentors, evaluators and assessors. With the setting of this lab, the students and faculty will be able to access a huge opportunity to work and support the growing area of human factor research and new age technology based analytics for institutions, professionals and students.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ruchi Sharma, Director, School of Humanities and Social Sciences,Jagran Lakecity University said Jagran Lakecity University has always worked with the vision of being pioneers in all that we do. Establishment of the Human Factors Research Lab is one such step in the same direction promoting non-STEM education. This research lab will promote collaborative projects and serve as a platform for our students to work on live projects, enhancing their integrative and reflective learning skills.
Commenting on the need to launch this initiative, Mr. Shekhar A Bhattacharjee, Founder, DALHAM Foundation, said, “HFA lab intends to assist students to identify their skill gaps, move past limits and set realistic goals that unwraps their true potentials and helps them to triumph better in life”
