A friendly football match was hosted between the current students
and Alumni of Jagran Lakecity University on 19th August 2018. The
match was played at the Chandanpura campus in presence of a large number of
students and staff. Despite the ever changing weather, both teams put in a
remarkably vigorous performance to provide nail-biting entertainment for the
crowd. Victory came in the form of 3-2 to the Alumni!
At the end of the
game, after handshakes and applause all round, the winning team collected the 1st
Dean’s Football Cup, where Aman Solanki won the title for the Best Defender, Adwitiya Raj Sharma won the Best Goalkeeper, and Hazan Rizvi won the player of the match!
