In the spirit of the game, here are some
fun facts about it!
Table-Tennis might give the feel of an
easy game from a distance; however, it is very tricky in reality. It helped in
restoring the relations between USA and China in 1971 when China surprised
everyone by inviting U.S. Table Tennis National Team for a series of friendly
matches against the home team. It is also considered as the best brain game and
the most played indoor game in the world. Ever wondered why once broken, a
table tennis ball can never be used again, even after being glued back
together? Well, it is because even though a tennis ball may look hollow is
filled with an inert gas pressurized to the point of creating a definite bounce
in the ball.
